How do you dry a commercial property?

Commercial properties are often bigger and do not have overnight staff. When a pipe breaks overnight it fills up the building with water until it is found out in the morning by the staff or maintenance personnel. After turning off the water the best thing to do is call a restoration company to respond right away.

The longer water stays in the building the more damage it will do in the end as it saturates flooring and wicks up walls. The restoration company will remove the excess water during their mitigation process and create an air flow pattern within the building to promote quick drying.
